They're like eyes ¨, you're looking at them and they're looking at you. Not really, they're an attempt at looking Teutonic. I suppose if they wanted to be Norse they'd go and stick an ø everywhere they could. Then you'd get a band that looked like this Mötørhead or something, which makes no sense because that's not the name. That isn't even pronounceable by any sane person. But it still looks cool.
